For more than 20 years now, Wroclaw, Poland's Market Square has been overrun by hordes of guitar players every May 1, in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for Largest Guitar Orchestra.
Last year, with international guitarist Steve Vai leading the charge from the main stage, the record fell with 7,967 players from across the globe strumming along to Jimi Hendrix's version of "Hey Joe."
On May 1, 2024, the crowd will go at it again.
Founded by Polish blues guitarist Leszek Cichoński, the annual, day-long guitar festival is an incredible sight, making for some thrilling drone footage that you can see below...
